Logistics Information

How much is the shipping cost for my order?

Shipping cost for boron materials is unfixed, calculated by cargo weight, volume, destination and delivery modes of sea, land or air transport.

We confirm accurate freight after your order details are settled and recommend economical logistics plans to control your overall procurement cost properly.

Where can I track the shipping information?

You can track logistics info after goods dispatch. We will send tracking number via email or WhatsApp once shipment is arranged.

Submit your order ID to our sales if data fails to update. We help check real-time delivery status and inform you of transit delays immediately.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery time of boron materials varies by shipping method and destination. Sea freight normally takes 15–35 days while air transport arrives within 3–7 working days.

Production preparation also occupies several days. We will inform you of the exact schedule once your order is confirmed and production starts.

How do I get a quote?

Send your detailed demands including boron grade, quantity and destination to our sales via email or online message.

We evaluate raw material cost and logistics expense quickly and send an official quotation within one working day for your review.

How long after placing my order will I receive the shipping information?

We arrange shipment shortly after production is finished. Tracking details will be issued within 1 to 3 working days upon goods leaving our warehouse.

If you fail to receive relevant info on schedule, contact our sales with your order number, and we will promptly check and feed back updates.

How long do I have to return an order?

Customers can apply for product returns within 15 days after receiving boron materials if items have quality defects as stipulated in our after-sales rules.

Non-quality returns are unavailable once goods leave the factory. Contact our sales promptly with relevant photos to start your return verification procedure.

Payment Methods

What are the payment methods?

We accept multiple payment options such as T/T wire transfer and L/C for boron material orders to suit diverse global clients’ transaction habits.

Specific payment terms can be negotiated based on order volume. Our sales will list detailed payment rules on the formal proforma invoice for your confirmation.

How can I return an item?

Submit return application to our sales with product defect photos within the specified period after receiving boron materials. We will review your request quickly according to after-sales regulations.

Once approved, follow our designated shipping address to send back goods. We complete refund after inspecting returned items on arrival at our warehouse.

Can I be reimbursed through the original payment method?

Normally refunds will be returned via your original payment channel after we inspect returned qualified boron materials. The whole refund process usually takes several working days for bank processing.

Exceptional cases need mutual negotiation for alternative settlement. Our sales will keep you updated on the exact refund progress throughout the period.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Our boron products are consistent with pictures in basic specifications and appearance. Minor natural color difference exists due to raw material features, not quality problems.

If obvious discrepancy beyond normal range occurs after receipt, send photos to us timely, and we will properly handle your issue per after-sales policy.

Can the country receiving the shipment be different than the country of purchase?

It is acceptable to set a receiving country different from your purchasing country when ordering boron materials. Just inform our sales of the final delivery address in advance.

We adjust shipping documents and logistics arrangements accordingly. Extra freight may occur if destination changes, which we will confirm before order confirmation.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We regularly replenish out-of-stock boron items according to market demand and production schedules. You may leave your contact info to get notified once goods are available again.

If you need urgent bulk purchase, our sales can arrange customized production. We will quote the exact lead time and price for your pending order promptly.
